The vision statement of the South Carolina Baptist Convention reads, “To urgently take the whole gospel to the whole world – that all may be whole.” The mission of the SC Baptist Convention staff is to “serve as kingdom partners with churches, associations and institutions of the SC Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention in fulfilling their role to ‘…Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.’” This vision and mission can only be carried out and fulfilled if it begins with prayer.
